Hiding Entries from the Front Page

You can use the built-in Extended Properties for Entries plugin to hide entries from the front page. Just go to your admin screen and choose Configure Plugins from the list of activities. Then choose "Install a new event plugin" and click the install symbol next to the the Extended Properties for Entries.

With this plugin installed, you'll find a list of advanced properties at the bottom of each entry whenever you edit it. This includes "Hide entry from front page". Click this, and your users won't see the entry anymore!
