Shoutbox input does not work

I'm having troubles with the shoutbox plugin. When I try to place a shoutbox entry, nothing happens. I don't get an error, but I don't see the shout entry neither. When I view the table in the database I can see no row was added there. When I manually insert a row in the shoutbox table, it does show...

Okay, but in the "suppress"-table I now have the referrer http://www.s9y.org/18.html 8 times, from 6 different IP's, but it doesn't show up as "top referrer" and http://www.s9y.org/18.html still isn't in the referrer-table. So how's that possible?

Referrers from www.s9y.org/18.html end up in "Suppress&

I'm having troubles with the "top referrers"-plug-in. For some reason until now all people that click to my blog via http://www.s9y.org/18.html (the list with users) are registered in the "suppress"-table instead of the "referrers"-table. The same thing happens also som...

Only resize .jpg works (not .gif)

I have a problem with the uploading function. I can add .jpg's and serendepity resizes them, no problem. But when I try to upload a .gif, it doesn't resize it, and doesn't displays it in the media library neither. (But it DOES upload it.) Also it's not possible to upload images from some www-adres (...

Re: External links to open in new window

Ah, okay - I see. I think that code is created in serendipity_editor.js Regards, Garvin I wanted the same thing. You should indeed edit serendipity_editor.js (in the root of your serendipity) and edit line 69. Change this to lft = "<a href="" + my_link + "" target="_bl...

Where to set the sql user and password?

I've reinstalled my sql server and want to run S9y again now. But I changed the user setting on my SQL-server and don't know where to change that user setting in s9y. Where can I change te way s9y connects with the database?
