i was just saying that people using 0.8.1 are not having this problem, except the one he's using. maybe it does have something to do with his server.

the weird thing is he is the only having this problem. if it's a bug in firefox, wouldn't that happen to everybody too? the person told me how he updated from earlier version, and i don't think he's suppose to do it that way. he basically copy and paste mysql's database, and install 0.8.1 without us...

no css in firefox

one of my friend is having this problem after upgrade from 0.8 to 0.8.1
in firefox, the css is not applied, but in IE it looks okay. here's the blog

i'm using serendipity 0.9 alpha2 nightly build from yesterday. i installed emoticonchooser plugin, it shows up in the entry page, but doesn't do anything. when clicking on it in Firefox, nothing happens. chinese traditional language has two files, one under utf-8 encoding and one under big5.

so what you need is serendipity_lang_tw.inc.php not serendipity_lang_tn.inc.php.

How to translate plugins?

can somebody explain how to translate plugins? i see $serendipity['lang'] in every plugin files so i'm assuming those are the constants to translate. do i make the translated file lang_tw.inc.php for traditional chinese? thanks

what's the problem you are facing? i'm using utf-8 for chinese, and i don't see any problem except the date won't show in chinese. it has something to do with windows locale that i can't get it to work. is that your problem?
