Hi everyone.
I have a weird problem. I am running multiple homepages on my webserver and most of them are in either finnish or swedish. This meens that I had to fix the language part so my server would understand and show properly å ä ö.
Nw, I putted up a new blog using serendipity. This blog should be in swedish, but swedish dosent exist as an option. I then wnet on using english becouse I myself dont understand to much finnish....even though I have been living here for 4 years. When looking at the blog in IE (Not on my computer, running linux) and the computer in this case runs a finnish version of Windows the å, ä and ö letters gets tottally messed up and instead shows some fake chineese letters. Now considering that most of the peopel usign the blog will be people running windows on most likely finnish settings, this will not be a problem.
Anyone have any suggestions???

Re: Language Problems :(
What's the URL of your blog? If the charset is set to ISO-8859-1, all browser should display your code properly.
Serendipity 0.9-beta2 ships with swedish language.

But I found out how to ix it simply. I simply dont let the language settings to be changed depending on the users on language settingsin there computer.
General Settings -->Use visitor's browser language as default --> NO
That fixed the problem.
But I am still looking for getting Swedish as a language choise for the blog
