Replace Plugin (Wort-Ersetzer)

I'd like to use the replace plugin - but I dont understand how to work with it.

What do I have to write in, so that i.e. 'sex' gets replaced with 'censored'.

Umformungsmaske: ?
Rewrite Zeichen: ?
Neuer Titel: ?
Neue Beschreibung: ?

And what if I'd like also to replace another word?

I don't get it...
